This is just the beginning — the start of a new rhythm for learning and collaboration within the Programs department.

While we often connect within our immediate teams or with a few others, it’s time to think intentionally about working together as a whole department. This isn't a working session; it's an opportunity to spark meaningful conversations, build connections, and move forward with even more purpose.

With everything happening in our communities, there is so much to discuss.  Time to be present with and for one another, to build community and strengthen bonds, and to share time together that is uplifting, purposeful, and sparks creative and strategic action that is so crucial in these moments. In togetherness there is power. So, we invite you to set up your out-of-office message, and do a bit of preparation so you feel like you can fully participate in our gathering (close out some tabs, auto-send a few emails, rest well, brings comfy layers, etc). We are looking forward to this valuable time together.
